The Mayo-Giese Founders Society recognizes the special group of supporters who have made an extraordinary commitment to the Center for Coastal Studies by including the Center in their estate plans. Named in honor of the founders of CCS, the late Barbara Schuler Mayo, Ph.D., Charles (Stormy) Mayo, Ph.D., and Graham Giese, Ph.D., the Society celebrates dedicated individuals who want to ensure that CCS and its coastal and marine science, policy, research, and conservation work evolve and continue to have positive impacts far into the future.
